Intelli Wave Tech shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from network downtime or data migration delays. The total liability of Intelli Wave Tech is capped at the amount paid to Intelli Wave Tech for the specific service phase.
Intelli Wave Tech is not liable for algorithmic errors resulting from inaccurate raw data provided by the partner organization. Intelli Wave Tech engineers and tools operate on the assumption of data integrity at the source.
While Intelli Wave Tech implements state-of-the-art 2024 security layers, we are not liable for breaches resulting from zero-day exploits or social engineering attacks against the client's internal staff. Intelli Wave Tech total liability is capped at the specific project component value.
Strategic decisions made based on reports generated by Intelli Wave Tech AI tools are the sole responsibility of the client. Intelli Wave Tech provides technical intelligence, not executive management consultancy.
Intelli Wave Tech is not liable for future incompatibility of hardware nodes if new 2024 global standards render current 2024 technologies obsolete. Intelli Wave Tech offers migration paths at standard engineering rates.
The maximum aggregate liability of Intelli Wave Tech for all claims arising from technical support shall not exceed the total fees paid to Intelli Wave Tech in the preceding 3-month cycle.
Intelli Wave Tech often leverages open-source or licensed third-party library modules. Intelli Wave Tech is not liable for bugs or security flaws inherent in these external modules that are outside of Intelli Wave Tech direct code control.
All liability claims against Intelli Wave Tech must be filed within the High Court of Bombay. Intelli Wave Tech operations are governed by the regional laws of the State of Maharashtra and federal Indian IT statutes.
