Clients may cancel their Intelli Wave Tech subscriptions within the first 7 days for a 50% refund. Hardware configurations managed by Intelli Wave Tech are non-refundable once the physical setup has commenced.
Once an Intelli Wave Tech technical milestone is approved, it is deemed delivered and non-refundable. Intelli Wave Tech provides full support during the approval window to ensure your satisfaction.
If a technical error is caused by an Intelli Wave Tech build, we will provide a full credit toward future Intelli Wave Tech services.
When Intelli Wave Tech procures 2024 technical hardware (antennas, nodes, servers) for a project, a 20% procurement fee is non-refundable. Refund for the base hardware value follows the original OEM policy as managed by Intelli Wave Tech.
Fees for onsite technical intervention by Intelli Wave Tech engineers are non-refundable once the specialist departs our Thane hub. Intelli Wave Tech guarantees expert effort but does not guarantee specific resolution times for legacy equipment failures.
Monthly subscription fees for the Intelli Wave Tech dashboard and monitoring silos are non-refundable. Intelli Wave Tech remains available to the client until the end of the current billing cycle upon cancellation.
Clients have 48 hours to dispute a technical milestone delivered by Intelli Wave Tech. If no dispute is filed within this window, the milestone fee is deemed earned by Intelli Wave Tech and becomes non-refundable.
Fees paid to Intelli Wave Tech for strategic roadmap development or cognitive analysis are non-refundable once the final Intelli Wave Tech document has been transmitted to the client lead.
Payments for custom AI model training or data pruning performed by Intelli Wave Tech specialists are non-refundable due to the high-density compute resources consumed during the process.
Approved Intelli Wave Tech refunds are disbursed via bank wire within 15-20 business days. Intelli Wave Tech is not responsible for intermediary bank delays within the Indian financial corridor.
