Welcome to Intelli Wave Tech. These terms govern your engagement with all Intelli Wave Tech digital assets and services. By accessing the Intelli Wave Tech website, you agree to these legal requirements.
Services provided by Intelli Wave Tech are intended for corporate and professional use. Users must not attempt to breach Intelli Wave Tech network perimeters. Unauthorized use of Intelli Wave Tech material is strictly prohibited.
Users of the Intelli Wave Tech portal are strictly prohibited from: (a) Attempting unauthorized node traversal; (b) Reverse-engineering Intelli Wave Tech proprietary AI models or logic; (c) Using Intelli Wave Tech bandwidth for cryptomining or denial-of-service activities. Intelli Wave Tech will cooperate with regional law enforcement for all violations.
Every service engagement with Intelli Wave Tech is subject to a 2024 Digital Service Order (DSO). Unless otherwise stated, Intelli Wave Tech services are provided on a monthly subscription model with auto-renewal until formal cancellation via the Intelli Wave Tech dashboard.
All algorithmic patterns, custom code snippets, and UI architectures presented on this site are the sole property of Intelli Wave Tech. Your engagement with Intelli Wave Tech does not transfer ownership of any technical blueprints managed by our engineering hub.
Intelli Wave Tech reserves the right to suspend technical access to cloud assets if a client fails to provide secure endpoint documentation or fails to settle Intelli Wave Tech service invoices within the 10-day 2024 grace period.
Intelli Wave Tech is not liable for service degradation caused by regional power failures, fiber optics cuts by third parties, or civil unrest within the Thane metropolitan area that impact Intelli Wave Tech operations.
If any provision of these Intelli Wave Tech terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining digital and legal clauses shall remain in full force. Intelli Wave Tech maintains the right to replace unenforceable clauses with valid enterprise equivalents.
These Terms constitute the entire legal understanding between the client and Intelli Wave Tech. No verbal adjustments from Intelli Wave Tech account managers are binding unless documented in writing by an Intelli Wave Tech director.
All disputes with Intelli Wave Tech will be mediated in the jurisdiction of Thane, Maharashtra. Contact the Intelli Wave Tech legal department at info@intelliwavetech.shop for formal document submission.
